What is ONE ROLL?

ONE ROLL explores the somewhat contradictory nature that exists when a collection of work is viewed as a single, thematic, project where any qualifiers labeling individual images as “good” or “bad” are no longer relevant; and–in a somewhat coincidental nature–how the individual images ultimately become stronger within the confines of a single unifying motif.

Each issue of the magazine consists of one entire roll of film: laid out and sequenced in the order the photos were taken. Everything on the roll of film is included regardless of the result or quality of each individual frame.
